We’ve made it to the first day of World Race launch!

I arrived in Atlanta, Georgia late last night and I’m so excited to be reunited with my team and squad over the next couple of hours as we start this journey! I’m so thankful for all of my friends and family and supporters that helped me get to this point and have made this mission trip a reality. Over the last couple of weeks my leg has been healing well and I received clearance to join my squad for launch last week.  I have some stability and strength limitations still, however my doctors are confident that my leg will continue to heal on it’s own and with physical therapy exercises while I’m on the field.

I accumulated over $6,000 worth of medical bills over the last two months and was concerned about how I would be able to pay my bills. Earlier this week I was blessed with an incredible gift from several supporters that pooled funds together to cover all of my medical expenses! Thank you so much for your generosity and how you have cared for me! Thank you so much for joining me on this journey and partnering with me in this ministry!

I’m so amazed by God’s faithfulness and how he has continued to provide for every step of this journey. There are times when it feels really overwhelming and as if a hurdle is too hard to overcome and yet God comes up with the most creative and unique solutions and I am just blown away by the people that he has raised up and used in my life to provide for every need. I’m going to miss everyone back home so very much and yet I know that I’m not alone in this journey and I am so thankful for everyone that has partnered with me in this journey through prayer, financial gifts, gear and all the comfort, encouragement and support that you all have given me! Thank you!

Ephesians 3:20

“Now all glory to God, who is able,  through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.”
